While tax questions are often complex, we develop practical, commercial answers for clients across a range of industries.About the RoleThe Energy & Infrastructure group is seeking an associate with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team. Candidate should have experience with financings and M&A pertaining to power and energy transition transactions with some substantive experience with energy tax credit transactions. Ideal candidate will have experience that includes documenting and negotiating complex joint ventures, tax equity transactions, tax credit transfers, familiarity with partnership tax rules, and experience drafting and negotiating tax provisions in partnership agreements, credit agreements, and purchase and sale documentation.
