Job description:
Designs by Sundown has an excellent career opportunity for an experienced Irrigation Technician servicing high-end residential landscape properties. An industry leading water wise company, Designs by Sundown is a full-service landscape architecture, design, construction, and maintenance firm. You will hold a key position with the company installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and monitoring all aspects of computerized, centralized, and large-scale irrigation systems.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Activate and winterize client irrigation systems
โ€ข Perform property/system checks according to contracts
โ€ข Troubleshoot and diagnose broken or faulty irrigation components
โ€ข Create and sell proposals for repair and/or upgrades to irrigation system components
โ€ข Dig up, repair, and install irrigation components
โ€ข Manage water usage for individual properties through proper programming and adjustment of irrigation controllers
โ€ข Balance the water demands of a highly maintained landscape with wise environmental stewardship practices
โ€ข Verify that industry standards are being met during installation and repairs of irrigation components
โ€ข Job responsibilities and duties may change from time to time
Experience/Certifications:
