Our success is built on teamwork, integrity, and excellence in every detail. We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Irrigation Division Administrator to join our team and help manage both the administrative and operational sides of our irrigation division.

Position Overview:
The Irrigation Division Administrator will play a key role in supporting daily operations—balancing both office and field work. This position requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in Excel, and a willingness to learn the ins and outs of irrigation systems. The right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem-solving, and be eager to grow alongside a skilled team of irrigation professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily coordination of irrigation division activities, including scheduling, work orders, and field support.

  • Create and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and project tracking tools in Excel.

  • Support material ordering, inventory tracking, and job costing documentation.

  • Work closely with managers and field crews to ensure accurate communication and documentation between the field and office.

  • Assist in system setups, inspections, and minor field verifications as needed.

  • Learn and utilize irrigation management and scheduling software (experience with irrigation platforms is a plus).

  • Help analyze irrigation data to improve efficiency and performance.

  • Maintain accurate digital records and assist with billing documentation as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data entry, etc.).

  • Willingness to learn irrigation system components, controls, and field operations.

  • Prior experience in irrigation, landscaping, or construction administration preferred but not required.

  • Knowledge or experience with irrigation software a plus (e.g., Hydrawise, Rain Bird IQ, Weathermatic SmartLink, etc.).

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
