Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Sr. Irregular Warfare/Special Activity Coordinator to join our team! In this role you will get to lead Irregular Warfare/Special Activity coordination for RAVEN, synchronizing planning, targeting support, and execution across Joint, Interagency, Intergovernmental, and Multinational partners. Integrates Special Operations Forces, Information Operations, Psychological Operations, Civil Affairs, Cyber Operations, Space Operations, and Intelligence Community equities to generate complementary effects in contested environments.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Orchestrates bilateral and multilateral Subject Matter Expert Exchanges (SMEEs) to build partnernation capacity and refine combined tactics, techniques, and procedures.
  • Coordinates operational design on NIPRNet, SIPRNet, and JWICS; manages battle rhythm using Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Jira, and Joint Training Information Management System.
  • Produces deliverables including Campaign Support Plans, Concepts of Operations, Fragmentary Orders, Target Audience Analyses, Master Scenario Event Lists, Deception Support Packages, and AfterAction Reports with lessons learned and remediation actions.
  • Tracks measurable outcomes such as SMEEs per quarter, partnerforce training task completion, effects assessment timelines, message alignment rates, and actionitem closure percentages.
  • Executes redteaming, wargaming, and rehearsalofconcept drills to validate operational approaches and risk postures; maintains risk registers, decision matrices, and information frictions logs.
  • Aligns authorities, permissions, and policy guidance with combatant command lines of effort; synchronizes logistics, linguist support, and hostnation requirements.
  • Employs datadriven dashboards and geotemporal visualization to monitor milestones and operational effects.
  • Delivers knowledge products, readiness dashboards, and partner roadmaps that strengthen relationships with allied and partner forces, expand irregular warfare options for theater commanders, and improve combined mission readiness through disciplined, repeatable coordination across the information environment and sensitive activity lanes.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Bachelors degree and 13+ years experience. Years of comparable experience can be used in lieu of degree. (HS diploma 17+ years, Associates 15+ years, Masters 10+ years)
  • Must have a current/active TS/SCI clearance or higher
