Iron Workers $1,200+ WEEKLY

Join SAVARD Personnel Group - where your skills are valued!

Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years of proven Ironworker or structural steel experience preferred.
  • Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
  • Experience assembling, erecting, aligning, bolting, welding, and securing structural steel, beams, and columns.
  • Working knowledge of rigging, hoists, cranes, and proper load-handling procedures.
  • Knowledge of welding, cutting, grinding, and steel installation techniques.
  • Must be comfortable working at heights on structural steel, scaffolding, and aerial lifts.
  • Ability to safely work around cranes, suspended loads, rigging operations, and heavy equipment.
  • Must understand and follow fall-protection and jobsite safety procedures.
  • Must be physically capable of lifting and handling heavy materials, climbing, bending, standing, and performing strenuous work throughout the shift.
  • Must be able to work outdoors in heat, humidity, rain, and changing weather conditions.
  • Must have a clean background and be eligible to obtain/access a U.S. Navy installation.
  • OSHA, welding, rigging, lift, or other applicable construction certifications are preferred.
  • Must have reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
  • Must be able to work Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week.
  • Must be safety-conscious and able to follow strict Navy base and company safety requirements.
  • Must work effectively with supervisors, crane operators, equipment operators, and other members of the construction crew.

Shifts:
  • Monday to Thursday 10 Hour Days

Duration:
  • Temp-perm
