Iron Workers $30 per hour

Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of proven Ironworker or structural steel experience preferred.
- Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Experience assembling, erecting, aligning, bolting, welding, and securing structural steel, beams, and columns.
- Working knowledge of rigging, hoists, cranes, and proper load-handling procedures.
- Knowledge of welding, cutting, grinding, and steel installation techniques.
- Must be comfortable working at heights on structural steel, scaffolding, and aerial lifts.
- Ability to safely work around cranes, suspended loads, rigging operations, and heavy equipment.
- Must understand and follow fall-protection and jobsite safety procedures.
- Must be physically capable of lifting and handling heavy materials, climbing, bending, standing, and performing strenuous work throughout the shift.
- Must be able to work outdoors in heat, humidity, rain, and changing weather conditions.
- Must have a clean background and be eligible to obtain/access a U.S. Navy installation.
- OSHA, welding, rigging, lift, or other applicable construction certifications are preferred.
- Must have reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Must be able to work Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week.
- Must be safety-conscious and able to follow strict Navy base and company safety requirements.
- Must work effectively with supervisors, crane operators, equipment operators, and other members of the construction crew.
