Job description

Stinger Bridge & Iron, an AISC certified structural steel fabricator and PCI certified precast concrete girder fabricator and erection contractor. Stinger focuses primarily on the Southwestern Bridge and Highway market, specializing in bridge projects. Stinger fabricates in its Coolidge, Arizona facility located south of the Phoenix/Chandler/Gilbert area and erects work in Arizona, California, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas and Colorado. Stinger is currently seeking a Painter Foreman who can perform paint applications on bridges, structural steel and miscellaneous metals. This is a safety sensitive position.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Apply paint to bridges, structural steel and miscellaneous metals.
  • Apply paint with spray and roller applications
  • Apply accurate wet film thickness

BACKGROUND:

  • Knowledge of industrial products
  • Must be able to paint for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to lift up to 75lbs.
