DESCRIPTION
Company utilizes the IQGeo Platform for mapping, real time work assignment and outage management. Company seeks the support of Quality Assurance (QA) Consultants/Testers with Maximo or IQGeo experience to help execute the successful testing, rollout and support ofCompany's IQGeo solutions.
• Developing and executing test cases for identified scope
• Maintaining and updating a related test suite
• Testing the IQGeo application
• Testing end to end scenarios that may include OMS and Maximo
• Documenting testing verification and evidence
• Working with Ongoing Support Development Team
Team and Work Environment
• Can you give a high-level overview of your team size, roles, its initiatives/deliverables, and any tool/technologies specific to your team/department/project they will be supporting: IQGeo application team responsible for incident support, ongoing support releases, and application upgrades and ongoing maintenance for the IQGeo Platform.
• Team currently consists of 2 BAs, 2 Company developers, 1 PM, 1 offshore scrum master, 8 contract developers (offshore/onshore mix), 1 AWS developer, 1 Maximo Developer, 1 Lead QA, 1 contract QA
• What would "a day in the life" of this role look like?: QAs would be responsible for creating and executing test cases for ongoing support and bug fix releases.
• Releases will occur every 2 weeks and then as needed for critical bug fixes. The QAs would be responsible for all testing needs for the IQGeo platform including any functional testing, regression testing, prod validation needed.
• They will need to prepare and attach testing documentation.
• What interaction level with this role have the team members and hiring manager? QA team members would report to the PM/Scrum Master on a daily basis. Escalation would occur to the PM and then the Application Manager.
• What would you say is the top priority for the worker over the first few weeks/months?: Come up to speed quickly on howCompany develops and executes Test Cases.
• What do you foresee being the biggest challenge in this role? Getting up to speed on functionality that we've built.

• Education: Bachelors Degree or 5 years technical QA experience
• Years of Experience: 2 - 5
