* Stakeholder engagement across interagency environments
* Agile, hybrid, and/or iterative delivery methodologies
* Risk management, performance tracking, and reporting Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum of eight (8) years of directly related professional experience
* Minimum of four (4) years managing Federal IT or platform-based programs of similar size, scope, and complexity
