Position Summary

Indianapolis Public Schools is seeking dependable and service-minded Custodians to help maintain clean, safe, and welcoming school environments for students and staff. In this role, you will clean classrooms, hallways, offices, restrooms, and common areas; perform floor care and carpet cleaning; remove trash; maintain school grounds; assist with basic building maintenance; support building security by locking and unlocking facilities; and help move supplies, equipment, and furniture as needed. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys staying active throughout the day, and understands the important role a clean and healthy school environment plays in student success.
