Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inbound Receiving & Warehouse Administrative Lead to join our Carrollton, TX team. This role combines warehouse leadership with administrative support, ensuring the smooth flow of inbound shipments, accurate inventory control, and efficient communication between departments. The ideal candidate has experience in warehouse receiving, inventory management, and administrative coordination, with strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound Operations
  • Schedule and coordinate full truckload (FTL) and container inbound shipments into the distribution center (DC)
  • Oversee unloading, receiving, and quality control of inbound shipments with support from lumpers and forklift drivers
  • Ensure timely and accurate counting, verification, and palletizing of products according to specifications
  • Print packing lists, apply pallet labels, and update product locations in the Navision ERP system
  • Enforce quality control standards for all inbound goods

Administrative & Warehouse Support
  • Prepare and maintain shipping and receiving documentation, including packing lists, picking tickets, and bills of lading
  • Serve as a liaison between warehouse staff and other departments, handling inquiries from customers, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic records related to warehouse operations
  • Assist with planning and execution of cycle counts and inventory audits
  • Support warehouse staff with repacking, handling, and verifying items as needed
  • Contribute to process improvements by identifying opportunities to increase efficiency

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Proven experience in warehouse receiving, inventory management, or warehouse administration
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics Navision preferred)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 25 lbs when assisting warehouse staff
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities
  • Customer service experience (preferred)
