$170k - $210k (depending on experience) + stock options
Talentedge are proud to be exclusively partnering with a category-defining SaaS scaleup on building their US Accounting function from scratch, as they move towards IPO-readiness.
This is to be the second hire in the US Accounting team, following the successful Talentedge placement of an Assistant Controller. The US Accounting function will work very closely with the Global Accounting & Finance function.
If you're looking for an opportunity to work with the smartest people in the industry on a daily basis, whilst being one of the founding members of the US Accounting function - This is for you!
Key responsibilities:- Research and document accounting memos on complex technical accounting matters
- Build accounting processes and treatments for new product launches
- Own stock-based compensation accounting
- Lead statutory reporting as well as Big 4 audits
- Partner cross functionally
- Active CPA (Strong preference for Big 4)
- Hyper-growth late stage scaleup experience (preferably pre-IPO) or public environment
- Significant US GAAP reporting exposure
- Established and credible business partner who is able to advise, challenge and influence
- NetSuite experience is highly advantageous
- Ability to work autonomously and independently
