Good knowledge on Salesforce Service, PRM and Sales cloud , SFA & Data Migration testing.
2.ย  ย  ย  Good knowledge on Organization Administration, Customization,ย  Data loader, Reports, Dash Boards, Workflow & Approvals.
3.ย  ย  ย  Strong knowledge/exposure toย  Salesforce.com Standard Objects and custom objects
4.ย  ย  ย  Strong knowledge of software QA processes and testing methodologies. Well conversant with traditional, CI/CD and Agile methodologies
5.ย  ย  ย  Good knowledge on the API testing using web services
6.ย  ย  ย  Good to have - knowledge on Custom Integration of Outbound Messages, Reports, Custom Objects and Tabs, Email Services, Security Controls, App Exchange Package & Custom Application, Sandbox data loading.
7.ย  ย  ย  Good hands on knowledge in Sales and Services modules, Data loader, Regression testing. Impact analysis, Assignment rules, Case routing rules, SLA etc
