JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

Responsible for all production activities to position components on to Printed Circuit Boards in order to complete the assigned work order correctly.

Activities

Activities include but not limited to:

  • Pulling kits with assigned work order number from staging shelf.
  • Identify and check value of all components to the Bill of Materials (BOM).
  • Using Assembly Work Instruction, BOM, and Print, load all components on to the Printed Circuit Boards (PCB) paying attention to detail and instructions of the BOM and Print documents.
  • Place completed work order on a cart for pre-wave inspection.
  • Comply with IPC 610 specifications.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent and must be highly dependable with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to count accurately.
  • Good hand/eye coordination.
  • Ability to read and interpret: Assembly Work Instructions, Bill of Materials, Assembly Drawings (Print), and resistor color codes is required along with basic computer skills.
  • Be able to identify electronic component value.
  • ISO-9000 experience desirable and good communications skills.
