We are hiring Licensed Journeyman Electricians for a long-term project in Iowa.

Pay & Per Diem

  • $65/hr + $175/day Per Diem â€“ Iowa Licensed Journeyman Electricians
  • $65/hr + $160/day Per Diem â€“ Licensed Journeyman Electricians with licenses from the following reciprocal states:
    • Alaska
    • Arkansas
    • Colorado
    • Minnesota
    • Montana
    • Nebraska
    • New Hampshire
    • North Dakota
    • Oklahoma
    • South Dakota
    • Texas
    • Wisconsin
    • Wyoming
  • $50/hr + $150/day Per Diem â€“ Licensed Journeyman Electricians from other states who have completed a U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) approved apprenticeship program

Schedule

  • 50–58 hours per week
  • 4+ month project

Requirements

  • Active Journeyman Electrician license
  • English or Spanish accepted
  • E-Verify required
  • Drug Screen required
  • Background check required
  • PPE provided

Reciprocity Information

Applicants licensed in the reciprocal states listed above must:

  • Provide proof that their Journeyman license is current, valid, in good standing, obtained through testing, and issued at least 365 days ago.
  • Attend onboarding on Day One and apply for an Iowa Journeyman Electrician License through reciprocity.

DOL Apprenticeship Option

Licensed Journeyman Electricians from states not listed above may still qualify if they:

  • Have completed a U.S. Department of Labor (DOL)-registered or associated apprenticeship program.
  • Provide verification of a valid Journeyman license in good standing.
  • Attend onboarding on Day One and apply to take the Iowa Electrical Exam.
  • Carry a valid Iowa UP License until they obtain their Iowa Journeyman license.
  • Once licensed in Iowa, they will be reclassified to the Iowa Licensed Journeyman pay package.
