  • Lead the integration of OT (Operational Technology) networks with IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate sensors, gateways, edge devices, and cloud services to support specific business use cases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including software engineers, hardware engineers, and plant leadership-to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Develop and implement robust data ingestion, processing, and storage pipelines for telemetry and machine data.
  • Ensure IIoT architectures align with industry standards and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to engineering teams throughout the full project lifecycle.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, including system designs, network diagrams, and configurations.
  • Apply expertise in edge computing platforms, industrial protocols (e.g., MQTT, OPC UA, Modbus, TCP/IP), and Unified Namespace (UNS) frameworks to drive scalable solutions.
  • Leverage cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and IoT-specific services to enable secure, scalable, and high-performing industrial systems.
  • Support OT/IT convergence by incorporating knowledge of SCADA systems, PLC programming, and industrial control environments into solution design.
