Job description

OT & IoT Security Consultant
The role holder needs to have a broad-based understanding of Cybersecurity Solutions in the areas of OT and IoT and will likely have fulfilled roles in the areas of OT, IoT, Cloud transformation and Infrastructure design/transformation. The candidate shall be responsible to oversee day-to-day delivery and grow the OT & IoT business for the US region working with Client sales team and Customer business teams.
The role holder must possess good customer relationship and communication skills and shall work towards developing pipeline for OT & IoT Security Consulting services.
Key Skill: ICS/OT/SCADA cyber security consultant/ architect
Good understanding of framework like IEC 62443, NIST CSF , NIST 800-83
OT Cyber security risk assessments
Network Security architect/consultant
Experience managing stakeholder like CxO
Core Responsibilities
Work closely with customer business and technical teams to identify OT & IoT Security requirements, and opportunities to sell more OT & IoT Security consulting and engineering related services.
• Work with customer stakeholder and define roadmap/vision for OT & IoT security. Define/review architecture, contribute to technical collateral for customer and practice.
• Work with pre-sales team and own the responsibility to create the RFP/RFI responses, efforts and customer presentation.
• Work closely with customer business and technical teams, provide expert guidance on assessing current OT & IoT security policies and controls, identifying gaps, and make recommendations on minimizing risk.
• Assist in OT & IoT Security Consulting pipeline and revenue in the region and will be responsible for the following:
o Will be responsible to grow the consulting team in the region and set up a strong foundation for OT & IoT Security Consulting practice.
o Shall be responsible to maintain a strong relationship with the customers and create new consulting and downstream opportunities working with the working with account managers and sales team.
o Leading consulting projects to enhance and improve the ICS security architecture;
o working in our team and adding value for technical projects at clients;
o as a trusted partner advising clients on technical content that matches their situation and environment;
o operationally carrying out projects and ensuring high quality results;
o sharing ICS/OT cyber security related knowledge with your colleagues;
Skills
10+ years of overall Cybersecurity experience with an interest to learn Industry 4.0, OT & IoT Security adaptive security approaches
• Good to have working experience with tools like Nozomi/Claroty/ForeScout or similar tools.
• Should have good technical hands to understand OT/IoT security technologies and should be able to guide offshore team
• Should have a strong understanding of broad cybersecurity risk management and Infrastructure security and a base level understanding OT & IoT Security including concepts and their impacts on business operations as well as the associated technologies to help address risk and to enhance clients' security posture. Should carry one or more of the following technical skills:
o Should have the ability to work with clients to understand requirements and design solutions to address their OT & IoT Security needs.
o Should be open to explore modern technologies and the OT & IoT Security product space and assess technology from vendors. Should carry the following technical skills
§ Develop frameworks and methodologies to evaluate OT & IoT security in existing as well as emerging client environments
§ Aware of new technologies and solutions for OT & IoT Security
§ Challenge the validity of given procedures and processes with the intent to enhance and improve:
§ Demonstrated analytical skills
§ Ability to recommend optimizations based on our best practices and existing regulations
§ identify and prioritize critical data assets for inclusion in OT, IoT and Industry 4.0 cybersecurity programs
• Assist in building a high performing, results orientated and industry recognized leading global OT & IoT security consultancy competency
• Ability to understand market and forecast demands to prepare team and improve delivery capabilities. Knowledge of security industry regulations and standards NIST, EU NIS Directive, IEC 62443
• Ability to work with stakeholders ranging from C-level executives to business and technical teams
• Excellent communication, presentation and collaboration skills
• The ability to work easily with diverse and dynamic teams
