Before the Internet of Things was a thing, we built M2M and IoT devices, adapted to evolving network standards, and optimized data communications around the most advanced protocols and emerging technologies. In this role, you will serve as a critical bridge between local production and upstream inputs, such as Hardware Engineering, Software Engineering, and our contract manufacturers. • Track and trend quality metrics such as first-pass yields, overall yields, non-conforming material, and returns, and report KPIs to upper management.
  • Manage incoming QA processes and personnel.
  • Assist the Digi corporate QA team in facilitating the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, including participating in on-site and remote audits.•
  • Assist Sales, Product Management, and Compliance teams in providing required Quality Assurance information to customers or regulatory agencies as required.
