BrightAI is the Physical AI company modernizing the critical infrastructure the world depends on - power grids, water pipelines, oil & gas, and manufacturing. Our Stateful OS platform combines edge AI sensors, autonomous drones and robots, and workforce wearables so operators can predict failures weeks in advance instead of reacting after something breaks.
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our fast-paced startup to build next-generation connected IoT products and services. You will work on product initiatives, including mobile applications and web-based products to deliver complete, end-to-end solutions for our customers. You will take complete ownership of product areas, collaborate with engineering teams to define APIs, schedules, and UX teams, and ultimately, build end-to-end product experiences. This role requires a demonstrated history of 0-to-1 product execution, with special consideration for building advanced products that integrate both software and hardware components.
Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy & Vision: Define and own the product vision and strategy for technically complex solutions, incorporating both software and hardware, with a focus on new, ground-up products.
  • 0-to-1 Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, especially in conceptualizing and launching new products (0-to-1). Ensure rapid yet sustainable growth through prototyping, feedback gathering, and continuous iteration.
  • Collaboration with Engineering & Design: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design, to translate the product vision into actionable development and delivery roadmaps. Provide direction on technically demanding requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Project Management: Demonstrate strong project management skills by ensuring timely delivery of product milestones, managing dependencies, mitigating risks, and keeping cross-functional teams aligned and on track to meet goals and timelines.
  • Machine Learning Integration: Partner with data science and machine learning teams to incorporate AI/ML capabilities into product features, improving customer experiences and driving product differentiation.
  • Product Roadmap Ownership: Develop and maintain a clear, prioritized product roadmap, incorporating stakeholder feedback and managing expectations across departments.

Skills and Expertise
  • Experience: 8+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of bringing new (0-to-1) products to market in a tech company or fast-growing startup, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software.
  • IOT Background: Must have experience building IoT devices and demonstrated understanding of the platform needs to build a scalable offering.
  • Technical Expertise: Technical background (technical degree or history in applicable field).
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to tackle complex, ambiguous challenges with innovative, customer-focused solutions.
  • Analytical Ability: Data-driven decision-maker with experience in product analytics and customer feedback loops.
  • Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to align stakeholders and influence without authority.
