Job Summary:

The Network/Product Manager will guide product strategy and roadmap, collaborate with various teams, and develop new network services product concepts while ensuring financial success and effective communication with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Guide the VNS / SDWAN product strategy and roadmap through collaboration with Operations, Third Party vendors and other product teams, determining product features and functionality based on customer input and market dynamics.
• Collaborate via the product development process (Agile Framework) with engineering, operations, sales, legal, finance, Regulatory & Export, Risk & Security Compliance, IT & Network Systems, customer experience, marketing teams and also External Vendors & Customer facing account teams.
• Develop new network Services product concepts based on industry experience, knowledge of emerging technologies such as IoT/5G LTE/ Cloud Platforms, and relationships with customers and prospects, always ensuring that Legal, Regulatory, Tax, Finance, and other key client organizations are in support globally.
• Partner with product marketing to define the go-to-market strategy - helping marketing counterparts understand positioning documents, key benefits and targeted customer persona.
• Track and measure financial success of the portfolio ensuring revenue, costs, and margins achieve projected goals.
• Negotiate with key stakeholders on feature prioritization, time to market/product launch timelines.
• Author collaterals/presentations that can be leveraged to socialize product capabilities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Take Ownership & be accountable for the quality of all deliverables and successful product launches.
