Responsibilities
  • Serve as the senior hands-on IoT field engineer bridging the IoT Architecture and execution
  • Lead field deployments proving architectural patterns and providing feedback
  • Productize proven patterns into repeatable practices for scaling
  • Build advanced analytics, pipelines, and real-time dashboards
  • Drive efficiency through tooling, automation, and runbooks
  • Mentor engineers and act as senior escalation point for issues
  • Handle root cause analysis on complex incidents
Requirements
  • Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or mining-related Engineering discipline, or Bachelor’s degree with additional experience
  • Intermediate understanding of IoT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and data concepts
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in IoT solutions development, implementation, and integration projects
  • Previous experience in an Engineering, System Administration or Technology Support role
  • Customer service-oriented with good organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to influence architectural decisions and mentor engineers across the team
