Job Summary:
Responsible for managing production support and maintenance of enterprise iOS/mobile applications, ensuring application availability, performance, and timely incident resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the iOS/mobile production support team.
  • Manage incidents, problems, changes, and critical production issues.
  • Perform RCA and ensure timely resolution of application issues.
  • Coordinate with development, QA, DevOps, and business teams.
  • Support iOS releases, deployments, hotfixes, and upgrades.
  • Monitor application performance, crashes, logs, and availability.
  • Ensure SLA compliance and drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience in application/production support.
  • Strong experience with iOS, Swift/Objective-C, Xcode, and mobile applications.
