As a Technical Recruiter at Carbon Robotics, you will be a true talent partner to engineering leadership to hire our most important technical roles across the company. You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, focusing on software, hardware, robotics, and AI/ML engineering roles.

This position is based in Seattle with an expectation of 4 days per week in-office.

  • Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiations for key technical roles.
  • Identify and attract passive candidates using creative sourcing strategies.
  • Evaluate technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with Carbon Robotics' mission.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to refine job descriptions, interview processes, and hiring strategies.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for ongoing hiring needs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities for Success

The compensation range outlined is based on a target budgeted base salary. Carbon Robotics offers additional compensation in the form of benefits premiums, pre-IPO stock options and On Target Earning commissions for appropriate positions.
