Commercial Loan Processor

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for commercial loan processing? If so, we invite you to join our team as a Commercial Loan Processor. This role offers the opportunity to process and close commercial loans and lines, all while advancing your career in a dynamic, community-focused environment.
What You'll Do:
  • Process and close commercial loans and lines, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and bank policies.
  • Facilitate loan documentation preparation and review.
  • Serve as a liaison between loan officers, clients, outside counsel, insurance agents, and vendors.
  • Maintain and update loan files, databases, and internal reports.
  • Order necessary documents from third-party vendors and manage document distribution via DocuSign.
  • Participate in weekly pipeline meetings and prepare fund request documents.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend procedural changes.

What You Bring:
  • Experience: 2-4 years in loan servicing, loan administration, or commercial processing.
  • Education: Associate's degree required.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of Commercial Real Estate and related documentation; mortgage processing experience preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with LaserPro preferred.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills, accuracy in documentation, and advanced computer proficiency.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a problem-solving mindset.
