What You Do

  • Lead visual strategy across showrooms, retail stores, market installs, and special projects for all brands
  • Design and execute immersive displays of furniture, lighting, accessories, and signage that drive sales and reinforce brand identity.
  • Manage the visual budget, project timelines, logistics, and team scheduling.
  • Collaborate with Purchasing, Category Management, and regional leaders on product placement and markdown strategy.
  • Research lifestyle, demographic, and design trends to inform fresh, relevant storytelling.
  • Develop 3D space concepts and present ideas quickly and compellingly to stakeholders.
  • Brief and support the visual team on all display changes and store/showroom strategies.
  • Travel up to 50% of the time to local and interstate locations.
