Job Description

Advanced Specialty Assisting: Provide chairside clinical support for highly specialized procedures including MARPE (Maxillary Skeletal Expander) placement, TAD (Temporary Anchorage Device) placement, surgically facilitated Invisalign, and minimally invasive surgeries such as frenectomies.
Digital Diagnostics & Orthodontics: Capture high-fidelity iTero digital scans, 3D digital imaging (CBCT), clinical photographs, and diagnostic patient records.
Patient Advocacy & Care: Treat every patient like family, providing compassionate care, calming clinical support, and comprehensive patient education regarding airway therapies and home-care regimens.
Sterilization Support: Help with baseline room setups and sterilization protocols, working efficiently alongside our dedicated full-time sterilization assistant.
Accurate Record Keeping: Leverage your strong typing proficiency and excellent grammar to maintain immaculate clinical treatment notes.

Salary Range

Full-time $30 - $35 per hour

Shift & Schedule

Weekly Hours & Shift Structure:
Mondays: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesdays: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesdays: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursdays: 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM

Requirements
  • Certified Orthodontic Assistant
  • Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant

Licensure: Active and valid Washington State Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license is required.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of orthodontic chairside assisting experience.
Technical & Soft Skills: Highly proficient typing skills with excellent grammar/punctuation. A profound passion for pediatric patient care and working closely with children.
