Job Description

Welcome and check in patients with a warm and professional demeanor.
Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and verify insurance information accurately.
Assist the dentist chairside during procedures, providing efficient support.
Sterilize dental instruments and maintain a clean, organized operatory environment.
Answer phone calls promptly and provide excellent communication to patients.
Support front office operations as needed, including patient inquiries and administrative tasks.
Adapt to a fast-paced, evolving clinic environment with flexibility and teamwork.

Salary Range

Full-time $24 - $34 per hour

Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.

Requirements
  • Experienced Dental Assistant (1+ years)

Entry-level candidates are welcome; dental assisting experience preferred but not required. Willing to train the right candidate.
Strong multitasking and organizational skills with the ability to manage clinical and administrative duties.
Friendly, professional, and dependable attitude.
Fluent in English; additional language fluency (Korean or Filipino) is a plus, especially for front office shifts Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.

Preferences
  • X-ray / Radiography Certification

X-ray certification is a plus but not mandatory.
