Summary:
This role involves working for Northern Trust Hedge Fund Services, a global fund administrator, specializing in complex hedge funds and alternative asset investments. The investor services team maintains investor information, processes investor capital activity, conducts AML due diligence, and generates investor reporting on behalf of our clients. The Investor services Quality Assurance Analyst responsibilities include ensuring that the final product facilitated by the investor services team has been reviewed with the quality and standards required to meet timely and accurate deliverables to our clients and internal shared service teams. The scope of review and quality assurance consists of but are not limited to trade confirms, capital activity (subscriptions, redemptions, transfers), contact updates, cash release emails, wire instruction updates, AML/ KYC review.
Major Duties:
  • Performs daily reviews and executes controls before final deliverables are sent out
  • Completes daily reviews / tasks in a timely manner meeting deliverable timelines
  • Works effectively as a team member but also independently
  • Prioritizes conflicting needs, handles matters proactively and follows through on projects to completion, often with deadline pressures
  • Works closely with the investor services rep to ensure seamless hand off for review of activity
  • Coordinate and identify breaks / discrepancies with investor team

  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail

Experience Required:

Salary Range:
$50,160 - 75,240 USD
Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Northern Trust provides a comprehensive benefits package including retirement benefits (401k and pension), health and welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision, spending accounts and disability), paid time off, parental and caregiver leave, life & accident insurance, and other voluntary and well-being benefits. Northern Trust also provides a discretionary bonus program that may include an equity component.
