Objective

To fulfill Hunt Mortgage Corporation's Service Strategy Statement. "We treat our most valuable assets, our customers and employees with courtesy and respect. We will always be aware that we are assisting our customers with one of their most valuable and cherished assets, their home. We will be accurate in our estimates, timely with our responses and loan closings."


Functions

  • Track receipt of loan packages from closing agents
  • Review each file for accuracy of closing documents and/or conditions
  • Works with closing agents to obtain missing or corrected documents to complete the closed loan package
  • Review closed package ensuring documents are marked/uploaded before file is shipped to end-investor
  • Make sure that legible closing documentation are placed in the proper Encompass folder
  • Monitor and track final investor delivery date to ensure time frame is met
  • Review/obtain Investor conditions to insure quick and efficient purchasing
  • Register Mortgage into MERS system upon closing
  • Note delivery to Warehouse Lender
  • Obtain MIC/LGC by submitting funds and data input
  • Obtain, review and upload final post-closing documents
  • Act as a liaison to End-Investor post closing associates
  • Be a team player - KYSO service

Requirements

Qualifications

Education/Certification

  • High School degree or equivalent

Required Experience - Preferred

  • One or more years experience in a bank or mortgage company in the closing department

Required Knowledge

  • Familiarization with legal documents
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel and LOS
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a cooperative, collegial manner with other departments to accomplish Company goals and objectives
