Who we are looking for:

Cornerstone Home lending is seeking an experienced Investor Delivery Specialist to support our team. Success in this job relies on your time management skills, organization, and positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist on the delivery of files to investors and documentation requirements
  • Deliver the loans to the investor using their preferred way to taking files - data transfer, pdf upload or paper file through shipping services or all three ways listed
  • Perform certifications every morning for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loans
  • Resolve any certification issues so the loans can be purchased by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac

What you'll need to be successful:

  • 2+ years of continuous Mortgage Closing or Processing experience preferred
  • Clear focus on detail and ability to recognize inconsistencies in data/documents
  • Ability to work in a "High Volume" environment
  • Excellent PC skills needed
  • Ability to communicate with team and Supervisors about needs or issues
  • Detail and multi-task oriented
  • Able to thing outside the box, and try different approaches if the first approach doesn't work
  • Work independently w/ minimal to no supervision
  • Able to cross-train other employees when needed
