Client company will be hiring 2 professionals in this role to support the investments and administration of this ultra-high net worth family office managing over $9 billion in assets. This is an on-site role in Reno with flexibility but is not formally remote nor hybrid. Local Northern Nevada candidates will be given preference for interview.

Our employer client Investment Firm provides investment advice and family office services to a select group of ultra-wealthy clients. The organization was founded in 2011 in San Francisco by a group of senior Goldman Sachs executives.

Job Description:

\n

Seeking 2 full-time Client Service professionals with strong operational background to join our client's firm. This role combines client service and operational responsibilities, including supporting portfolio activity, cash management, account onboarding and maintenance, custodian relationships, and various firmwide projects. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional attention to detail, energy, strong problem-solving and organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced client advisory team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate cash movements, trade settlements, and account reconciliations across client portfolios.
  • \n

  • Manage account onboarding and offboarding documentation, ensuring accurate setup and custodian coordination.
  • \n

  • Support daily portfolio activity reconciliation and trade settlement processes.
  • \n

  • Collaborate with CPAs to facilitate tax document requests and assist with annual tax package preparation.
  • \n

  • Serve as an internal resource for systems, workflows, and process efficiency.
  • \n

  • Partner with various members of the firm on special client and internal projects.
  • \n

  • Maintain custodian and service provider portals, including troubleshooting access and login issues.
  • \n

  • Monitor and oversee daily work items and action requests from custodians.
  • \n

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree is required.
  • \n

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in financial operations, investment administration, or client service, which can include experience from the banking industry, trust administration, investments and associated financial institutions
  • \n

  • Demonstrated strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
  • \n

  • Professional communication skills with a client-centric mindset.
  • \n

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • \n

  • Ability and interest in utilizing and leveraging AI systems (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT).

  • Familiarity with custodial platforms and investment operations .

Competitive salary and a great benefit package are offered. Base compensation is budgeted at the $90K annual level but dependent on experience and qualifications.
