Job SummaryKey Deliverables and Responsibilities

The Investment Analystis responsiblefor helping the Investment Products & Research team manage research and due diligence efforts. The right individual will have excellent analytical capability with an excellent work ethic and some experience or demonstrated capability in the investment industry.

What You'll Do:

  • InvestmentAnalysis: Track, evaluate and perform due diligencefor our investment advisory offeringsacross Liquid Markets(Equities and Fixed Income), Structured Products, and Alternatives. Prepare ad hoc and ongoing investment analysis to be shared with colleagues and in weekly investment team meetings.

  • Investment Presentation and Writing: Prepareinvestment memos, investment analysis, and general market update materials in conjunction with the investment team.

  • Data Management: Collect, validate, and maintain financial data from multiple sources.

  • Collaboration: Work closely withour client solutions, investment product, andperformanceteams to improve processes.May be asked to support our structured product efforts from time to timeincluding working in our SIMON platform.

  • Governance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies in all reporting and analysis.

  • Forecasting & Modeling: Support financial modeling and scenario analysisfor team projects and financial requests from senior management.

  • Special Projects:Be involved with special teamwide projects as needed.

What We Are Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in investment analysis,performance reporting/analysisorsimilar.

  • FINRA Series 7 licensepreferred.

  • Demonstrated understanding of investment products and capital markets.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft's suite of products; familiarity with data analytics tools preferred.

Location:Phoenix, AZ or Fairfield, IA - Hybrid in-office 3x/week

Salary Range:$75,000-85,000/year
