Position Description:
The Investment Relationship Associateย supports the Investment Team by executing operational and administrative processes related to account setup, maintenance, documentation, and routine transactions. This role ensuresย accurateย processing of investment activityย in accordance withย established policies and procedures and serves as a primary point of contact for routineย advisorsย and internal requests.ย The position focuses on transaction accuracy,ย document management, and service deliveryย in accordance withย established guidelines.ย

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Serve asย an authorizedย signer.ย
- Assistย in theย processย ofย newย account setups, transfers, and maintenance requests.ย
- Serve asย a Ghost Signer duringย absences.ย ย
- Reviewย assigned account liquidations under established procedures.ย ย
- Monitor shared inboxes andย respondย to routine inquiries.ย
- Resolve Salesforce cases, locked logins, and system access requestsย as assigned.ย
- Provide direct communicationย toย advisors, custodians, and internal leadership.ย ย
- Coordinateย paperwork andย document corrections.ย
- Load andย maintainย completedย documentsย within document management systems.ย
- Provide standard account information to advisors and internal teams.ย
- Monitor workflow queues to ensureย timelyย processing.ย
- Support special projects and high-volume periods.ย
- Escalate non-standard inquiresย to senior staff.ย

Skills & Qualificationsย
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field
- 2-3+ yearsย of experience in financial services, document processing, or investment support functions
- Demonstrated ability to assess unusual circumstances, devise solutions with limited information, and suggest variations in approach to resolve diverse operational issues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience using CRM or workflow-tracking platforms
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal day-to-day instruction; exercises judgment within defined procedures and contributes to process analysis and investigation
- Complete understanding of investment account structures, operational processes, and professional discipline principles, with capacity to advise others on complex matters
- Familiarity with donor-advised fundsย or willingness to learn DAF concepts preferred
