Job Summary:

Project leader in the Program Management and APQP process


Required Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a job-related field or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Minimum of Ten years of experience related to defined job responsibilities or equivalent training.
  • Understanding of ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good management and leadership skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good computer proficiency / Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong understanding of APQP
  • Working knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD, Solidworks, Catia, UG)
  • Excellent attendance.

  • Process Owner (Program Management), Must initiate, complete or drive completion of, and maintain department level documentation to include the most up to date Customer Specific Requirements (CSR’s), ISO/IATF requirements, standards and specifications as required to provide instruction for, operation, methodology, data collection and traceability. They are responsible for on-time delivery of product documentation releases, (i.e. Flow, FMEA, control plan, job instructions, gauge instructions, Set-up Instructions, and others, as applicable). Process owner is responsible for the completion of all corrective actions as assigned per QA-WI-042 “Corrective and Preventative Action” for any concerns written at pre-launch phases.

  • Analyses and resolves or assists employees in solving work problems.
  • Review annually, each December, the Departmental Turtle Diagram and KPI’s for the following year’s requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement and lean initiatives.
