Job description

Certified Contractor Role
Initio Sphere โ€” Private Capital Ecosystem
https://initiosphere.org

Compensation:
Deal-based earnings + performance bonuses
(typically $1,000โ€“$10,000+ per closed transaction, based on deal size, complexity, and level of process involvement)

About Initio Sphere

Initio Sphere is a private capital ecosystem where capital meets talent. We connect fund managers, investors, sponsors, and operators with high-quality deal flow, analyst support, and institutional infrastructure across the private markets.

Our platform is designed for professionals who want real exposure, real upside, and real credibilityโ€”not job boards, not spreadsheets, and not unpaid transaction work.

Role Overview

Initio Sphere is onboarding Investment Process Analysts to support and optimize the lifecycle of live private capital transactions from initial qualification through closing.

This is not an employment role. Investment Process Analysts operate as independent contractors and are activated through a structured verification and approval process.

Once approved, Investment Process Analysts:

  • Oversee deal progression from intake to close

  • Coordinate between sponsors, investors, and internal analysts

  • Ensure diligence milestones and documentation flow are met

  • Identify bottlenecks or execution gaps in the investment process

  • Earn transaction-based compensation tied to successful closes

  • Build a verified investment process track record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem

This role is ideal for professionals who understand how private market transactions move through screening, diligence, structuring, and closingโ€”and can help maintain disciplined execution.

What Youโ€™ll Do (Approval-Based)

Approved Investment Process Analysts may:

Deal Lifecycle Oversight
  • Track transaction milestones from submission to closing

  • Monitor diligence timelines and documentation flow

  • Ensure capital alignment and structural clarity prior to finalization

  • Identify process inefficiencies or execution delays

Coordination & Execution Management
  • Facilitate structured communication between deal principals and capital partners

  • Coordinate analyst modeling and diligence handoffs

  • Confirm readiness for investment committee or capital deployment

  • Assist in preparing process summaries and execution updates

Quality & Readiness Review
  • Evaluate completeness of data rooms and required documentation

  • Validate that transaction materials align with execution requirements

  • Flag structural, timing, or coordination risks impacting close probability

  • Support final-stage closing readiness reviews

Investment Process Analysts do not originate deals, solicit capital, or provide investment advice. Their role centers on structured process oversight and execution support.

Eligible Deal Types

Based on approval, Investment Process Analysts may support transactions across:

  • Commercial real estate (multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed-use)

  • Private equity and growth equity investments

  • Operating business acquisitions

  • Private credit and structured finance transactions

  • Special situations and opportunistic investments

Deal categories are approved based on demonstrated transaction process experience.

Compensation & Economics
  • Analysts earn success-based compensation tied to closed transactions

  • Typical earnings range from $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed deal

  • Performance bonuses may apply for complex or multi-stage transactions

  • Compensation is paid upon successful transaction close and fee collection

  • No cap on earnings for consistent, high-quality process management

How Analysts Get Activated
  1. Submit an Investment Process Analyst application with transaction background

  2. Complete verification and category approval

  3. Get activated within the Initio Sphere platform

  4. Begin supporting qualified live transactions within approved categories

There is no cold outreach and no blind pitching.
Analysts are matched with live deals requiring structured lifecycle oversight.

Compliance Notice

Investment Process Analysts do not:

  • Provide investment advice

  • Solicit securities

  • Market investments to the general public

  • Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity

All activity is limited to transaction process coordination, analytical oversight, and execution support, and must comply with applicable securities laws.

Who This Role Is For
  • Investment banking analysts or associates familiar with deal workflow

  • Private equity or venture capital professionals with execution experience

  • Transaction advisory professionals

  • Corporate development managers

  • Real estate capital markets or acquisition professionals

This role is best suited for professionals who understand that successful investing depends not just on sourcing or modelingโ€”but on disciplined execution.

Why Join Initio Sphere
  • Earn based on real transaction outcomes

  • Gain exposure to live private market transactions

  • Monetize execution and process expertise

  • Build verified deal execution credibility

  • Operate within one ecosystem for transaction flow, trust, and upside
