    • Effective communication with advisors and clients
    • Main team contact for all service requests
    • Performs all new client paperwork and assists in client onboarding
    • Manages ACAT, rollover process and transfers
    • Handles all client "money movement" (ACH, wires, RMDs, etc.)
    • Performs all insurance underwriting
    • Assist advisors with new and in-force illustrations
