Job Details

In this role, you will set up production equipment, prepare raw materials for production, and perform verifications of materials to complete the production batches successfully. Skills needed for a successful Operations Associate are critical thinking and problem solving, attention to detail and quality focused mindset.

These are direct hire positions offering complete benefits and full time hours.

Role Requirements:

  • Proficiency in windows-based computer applications
  • Ability to read and write in the English language
  • Ability to read specs and follow work instructions
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Ability to work a 12-hour shift, on your feet, and lift up to 40 pounds
  • 1-3 years of manufacturing or relevant experience preferred
