BookkeeperPosition Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing day-to-day accounting functions, and supporting the company's financial operations. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience with Sage accounting software, ServiceTitan, and Stample.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger accounts.

  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.

  • Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial accounts.

  • Prepare customer invoices and monitor collections.

  • Record daily financial transactions and maintain supporting documentation.

  • Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.

  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.

  • Prepare financial reports for management.

  • Utilize ServiceTitan to reconcile invoices, payments, job costing, and customer account information.

  • Monitor cash flow and identify discrepancies.

  • Maintain organized electronic and paper financial records.

  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting best practices.

  • Perform other administrative and accounting duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2ย years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
