The Arbella Operations Associate is responsible for timely and accurate processing of commercial insurance policy transactions within a single line of business and helps the organization by providing the best in class service to our internal and external customers. Key Responsibilities

  • Reviews and analyzes policy data and proactively identifies issues and performs department core functions.
  • Builds relationships with our internal and external customers, agents and other key stakeholders and is committed to delivering exceptional service.
  • Effectively communicates with internal customers and agents across multiple communication channels
  • Collaborate effectively in a team environment across departments
  • Perform work with a strong attention to detail and ability to interpret and process complex work.

Our current reasonable and good faith estimate of the annual salary or hourly wage range for this position is approximately $41,470 ($22.00 an hour) - $44,014 ($23.35 an hour) based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience,.
