JOB SUMMARY

 

Experienced dealers will be responsible for dealing all table games professionally, accurately, and according to policies and procedures. Take losing bets and pay winning bets according to established rules and procedures. Deal the Games in a high volume, fast paced and customer orientated gaming facility. Deal all games including Blackjack, Craps and Roulette.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

 

Include, but are not limited to:

  • Handling Guest transactions for buy-ins, payoffs, and markers
  • Providing prompt, accurate, and courteous service in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Notifying supervisor(s) of any irregularities in the play and/or transactions during the shift
  • Adhering to appropriate gaming regulations, policies and procedures
  • Distinguishing letters, numbers and symbols
  • Verifying fills and credits to the game
  • Hand/eye coordination and manual dexterity
  • Educating our guests on the proper rules and procedures of table games
  • Computing payable odds and payable winning bets
  • Monitoring guest play and table action to ensure the integrity of the games and company asset
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
