SUMMARY:
This is a full-time summer internship, working with SVPs, Account Executives, and Account Managers to service client accounts and build strong relationships with internal team members. The position handles projects required to support the day to day account management for clients and entails a great deal of verbal, electronic and other written communications.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
  • Assist with client renewals and marketing and client meeting presentations
  • Assist with creating and updating benefits related guides, education resources and cost analysis for clients
  • Assist with collection and management of annual benchmarking surveys
  • Develop familiarity with NFP's processes SalesForce, Financial Reporting, Shared File Drive
  • Provide overflow administration support and assist with ad hoc projects as required
  • Keep all information and records confidential
  • Other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND/OR ABILITIES:
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Customer service oriented
  • Strong problem solving ability
  • Cultivating relationship ability
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication (verbal and writing) and interpersonal skills
  • Be able to initiate and follow through with independent projects
  • Proven client management expertise
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in same time frame

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBLITIES: None
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
  • Junior or senior of a four-year university preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in college, community, internship, or co-op experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word

The base salary range for this position is $18.00-$22.00 an hour. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
