A successful candidate will possess the following characteristics:

  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of investment banking experience at the associate level or closely related experience
  • Prior experience involving financial analysis and M&A transaction execution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to develop internal and external relationships
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and financial modeling
  • Highly motivated, team player with an ability to learn in a fast-paced environment

The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $135,000 - $225,000 per year. Placement within this range is dependent upon level of experience, location and other factors. This position is eligible for annual incentive compensation which will be a part of the total compensation. Total compensation for this position will be competitive with the market.
