At Berkadia, you'll work alongside top investment sales professionals representing owners of commercial real estate assets throughout the country. You'll gain exposure to every phase of the transaction while developing the analytical, relationship-building and business development skills necessary to become a successful investment advisor.
This is an opportunity for someone who is naturally competitive, intellectually curious, financially minded, and motivated to build a long-term career in commercial real estate investment sales.

Responsibilities include:

  • Support transaction execution from initial engagement through closing.

What Makes Someone Successful
The strongest candidates are:
  • Naturally competitive and self-motivated.
  • Comfortable building relationships and making outbound calls.
  • Strong analytical thinkers who enjoy finance and problem solving.
  • Excellent communicators, both written and verbal.
  • Curious about commercial real estate markets and investment trends.
  • Organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Motivated by long-term career growth rather than short-term comfort.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, Accounting or related field.
  • 1-4 years of experience in commercial real estate, investment banking, finance, brokerage, underwriting or a related analytical role.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Financial modeling experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of ARGUS is a plus.
  • Real estate license (or ability to obtain).
