Who You'll Work With This role is working within our COREBRIDGE DIRECT team. We are an organization that is Top 6 in term life insurance sales, and Top 12 in total life insurance issued. About The Role Our agents provide customers with valuable, in-depth, and personalized term and permanent life insurance information, along with the convenience of handling everything right over the phone.

No cold call or prospecting, our potential customer call us directly or request quotes online. Your role involves conducting suitability analyses to match customers across the United States with the right life insurance products. Agents can potentially earn over 100k in their first year, and we support your success through company paid licensing and comprehensive product and sales training!

You demonstrate your success as a top performer with a strong work ethic and swiftly establish rapport with clients and address objections. You are on a fast track to achieve monthly production goals while articulating our value proposition and adopting a consultative approach. You take action in building product knowledge to build success in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

What We're Looking For Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record Experience with inbound and/or outbound sales calls, preferably in a call center Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in a Windows environment with keen attention to detail Ability to acquire a resident US state Life and Health license & reside in state (company-paid training) Compensation Compensation for this position in the first year is a combination of hourly pay, guaranteed bonus, and the opportunity to earn commission payments based upon the applicable compensation schedule for the role, which may be amended from time to time. Newly hired employees (in all jurisdictions, including [CA, NY, NJ, CO, WA]) are paid $17.31 per hour, a minimum guaranteed monthly bonus of $1,333 in months 1 through 7, plus the opportunity to earn commissions. Newly hired employees historically have received average total compensation between $56,000 and $66,000 in their first year.

Annual compensation, however, is not guaranteed, other than the hourly pay and guaranteed bonus described above. The average total compensation for employees in this role after their first year historically has ranged from $62,000 to $112,000, based on a combination of hourly pay and commissions, but is not guaranteed other than the hourly pay. Work Location This position is currently designated as US state remote ONLY.
