Job Title:

Inventory Specialist – Temp-to-Hire | San Diego, CA

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Storeroom Attendant / Inventory Specialist in San Diego, CA (92101). This is a full-time, temp-to-hire role with a pay increase upon conversion to permanent employment.

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

  • Flexibility required between 6:30 AM–5:00 PM when needed

  • Location: Main site in San Diego, occasional support at 4200 Ruffin Rd. during inventory (2–3 times per year)

  • Temp-to-hire opportunity with growth potential

  • Looking for reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated candidates

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, unload, label, and properly store incoming goods, tools, and equipment

  • Maintain accurate inventory records in manual and computerized systems

  • Issue and track tools, products, and materials for site employees

  • Conduct cycle counts and prepare detailed inventory reports

  • Keep storeroom organized to ensure maximum efficiency and safety

  • Deliver supplies and equipment to work locations when needed

  • Track misplaced inventory and resolve discrepancies

Requirements:
