JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Run daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports and analyze item performance
  • Reconcile production with Ross software and physical counts; correct variances after batch close
  • Maintain and improve inventory reporting, including daily inventory and variance reports
  • Perform inventory adjustments and conduct cycle counts and full physical inventories
  • Visually validate inventory by day, date, and location to ensure accuracy
  • Update the daily inventory tracker and report inventory status in OEE and shift meetings
  • Partner with Shipping and Production teams to verify inventory and support order fulfillment
  • Ensure accurate inventory levels and accountability for discrepancies
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work area
  • Maintain reliable attendance and consistent work hours

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or GED, required
  • Prior inventory control experience with a minimum one (1) year inventory management experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Refrigerated warehouse or production/manufacturing experience preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with effective time‑management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English; capable of performing basic math and accurately recording data (bilingual skills a plus)
  • Ability and willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and various shifts as required.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Frequent standing, walking, kneeling, reaching, climbing, pulling, and bending
  • Ability to routinely lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds
