ABOUT THE ROLE
The Corporate Retail Assistant will work directly with the Inventory Control Manager on various tasks! This could also include assisting various Retail Managers and staff within the Plano Corporate office depending on the needs of the business. The duties and responsibilities listed below are those that must be met to successfully perform this job.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (All or some of these duties will be performed)
Maintains & Audits electronic filing systems for customer files and recorded closes
Updates customer records by entering dates of possession
Maintains, files, & mails records of home collateral (MCO's) as flooring is paid
Maintains vendor Transporters/Installer/Setup spreadsheet
PO's - Purchase Orders Back-Up
Scan and process documents as needed for record retention
Supports other ad hoc projects, duties and tasks to support the Retail organization as assigned including general data entry and office duties.
