Inventory Specialist - Knoxville, TN

DISHER is currently partnering with an innovative thermal management solutions company in search of a Inventory Specialist to join their team. This role is responsible for managing inventory transactions, processing shipping and receiving activities, entering orders into the NetSuite system, and helping maintain accurate inventory levels. What you will get to do:
  • Process incoming and outgoing shipments, including receiving, inspecting, and documenting inventory.
  • Partner with customers and vendors to arrange shipping of inventory items and finished products
  • Coordinate logistics with shipping companies

  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Perform routine inventory counts, cycle counts, and support reconciliation efforts.

  • Coordinate with warehouse, operations, and customer service teams to facilitate timely order fulfillment.
  • Maintain organized inventory storage and follow established inventory control procedures.
  • Generate and review inventory-related reports as needed.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to improve inventory management processes and operational efficiency.
