Inventory Specialist – Pat Plumbing, Heating, Air and Electric, Topeka, Kansas

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about keeping operations running smoothly? Pat Plumbing, Heating, Air and Electric is seeking an Inventory Specialist to join our team in Topeka, Kansas. In this role, you will manage inventory, parts, equipment, and materials for our Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical departments, ensuring our technicians have the supplies they need to serve customers efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inventory levels for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical parts and materials
  • Track incoming and outgoing inventory and maintain accurate records
  • Receive, inspect, and organize deliveries
  • Monitor stock levels and reorder materials as needed
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts
  • Assist with special-order parts and track orders through completion
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and audits
  • Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness
  • Work closely with technicians, dispatch, and management to ensure inventory availability
  • Help control inventory costs and reduce waste
  • Ensure company vehicles and warehouse stock are properly replenished
