Job Title: Warehousing Inventory Controller
Location: San Diego, CA
Employment Type: Temp (6 months)
Industry: Semiconductor Manufacturing
Compensation: $38.33-42.00/hr.
Schedule: 40 hrs/Week.
About the Opportunity:
  • As an inventory controller, your main responsibility is to keep the stock levels in our ERP system in sync with the stock levels in the WMS.
  • You will work together with client IT teams, the worldwide teams in the local organizations, and the logistic service providers to ensure the inventory management processes are executed as designed.
  • Ensure daily stock reports are produced, and any discrepancies are addressed and resolved within the time parameters (KPIs).
  • Work closely with the IT support organization, with the local planning teams, and with the 3PL.

  • Manage and solve disturbances caused in the logistics processes between and within the warehouses.
  • Monitor the interface performance and resolve errors in the interface messages/documents.
  • Analyze the errors and issues and solve the root causes that prevent recurrence.
  • Manage and control inventory stock counting/inventory accuracy checks across clients and logistics service providers.

What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or Information Technology or Finance.
  • 2+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.

  • Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management or Information Technology or Finance.
  • This needs extensive knowledge of the logistics processes and the IT systems.
  • Knowledge of logistics (technical) processes, especially the IT flow.
